实时荧光定量PCR(quantitative PCR, qPCR)通过对PCR扩增反应中的每一个循环产物荧光信号的实时监测,实现对起始模板的定性及定量分析。目前主要通过荧光染料或者荧光标记的探针对PCR产物进行标记跟踪,实时在线监控反应过程,并结合相应的软件对产物进行分析,计算待测样品模板的初始浓度。实时荧光定量PCR检测法在生物学、医药学上都有着广泛的应用。

 

光谱成像技术可以提供快速、实时、高效、非破坏性测量,同时可集成到PCR、荧光、拉曼或其他设备中,进行快速检测,提升当前检测水平及效率。

Spectral imaging technology can provide fast, real-time, efficient, and non-destructive measurements, and can be integrated into PCR, fluorescence, Raman or other devices for rapid detection, improving the current detection level and efficiency.
