基于滤波阵列工艺制造的微型光谱仪，在可见光（VIS）及近红外(NIR)等不同波段具有拓展能力，具有空间光型、光纤型两种规格，以及准确度可达0.2nm，线性度>0.95；动态范围1000:1；信噪比>100。

同时自研阵列滤波芯片具有精度高、成本低、可量产的优势，未来可广泛运用于颜色识别、工业检测、环保检测、食品安全等领域。

Nanjing KrystalVision Technology Releases A New Micro Spectrograph Product With >100 Channels

March 17-19, 2021 on the 16th LASER World of Photonics China, Shanghai, Nanjing KrystalVision Technology Ltd. (KVT) debuts a new filter-array-based chip-scale spectrograph with over 100 spectral channels.

The released micro spectrograph is based on filter arrays and can be conveniently extended to visible (VIS) and near infrared (IR) wavelength range. The spectrographs are designed in two configurations, including free-space sensing and fiber-coupled sensing. The products achieve an accuracy <0.2 nm, a linearity>0.95, a dynamic range >1000:1, and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) >100.

The filter-array photonic chips can be mass produced in high precision and cost-effectively and are promised to be widely adopted in color calibration, environment protection, and food safety applications.
